We developed a comprehensive JIT (Just-in-Time) production and logistics system for Summit D&V, fully digitalizing their automotive parts supply process toward Magyar Suzuki, from order receipt to delivery note issuance.

  • JIT order management Automated processing of XML order files sent by MSC, split into warehouse-specific picking lists.
  • Pick list and SDV label printing Full picking workflow support, including handling of previously unfulfilled quantities.
  • Outbound delivery and delivery notes Delivery note generation for closed pickings, with ordered versus actually shipped quantity reconciliation.
  • Inbound receiving Supplier QR and barcode identification, receipt confirmation printing.
  • Master data management Maintenance of parts, warehouse, and supplier records with Excel import support.
  • Multi-format supplier label recognition Fixed-position, separator-based, and custom QR or barcode formats.

We developed a cloud-based manufacturing foundation system and raw material warehouse module for KVJ-Művek Zrt., enabling full lifecycle tracking of material coils in the warehouse, from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch. The system was designed with scalability in mind, serving as the first phase of a broader manufacturing management platform.

Key features

  • Inbound receiving Pre-registered shipments received via handheld terminal with coil ID scanning, weight entry, custom label printing, and location assignment.
  • Quality certificate and inspection workflow Engineers upload and validate mill certificates in the system; coil locks are released upon approval.
  • Lock management Newly received coils are automatically placed under lock; lock removal is performed coil-by-coil on the handheld terminal with validation.
  • Relocation Coil location changes recorded in real time via handheld terminal.
  • FIFO-based outbound dispatch Office staff create dispatch orders; the system automatically suggests the next coils in FIFO order for either internal production or external suppliers.
  • Returns and quality lock Returned coils re-entered with remaining weight and location; defective coils stored in locked locations requiring special permissions to release.
  • Full audit logging Every inventory movement and data change is logged and viewable within the system.
  • Role-based access control Separate permission levels for office staff, warehouse workers, engineers, and administrators.
